Chris began his career in advertising and marketing and has over 30 years experience in business. A natural self-starter, he defied barriers to a number of elite positions by quickly spotting opportunities to apply his self-taught skills to get ahead in his career. He quickly rose to the top of his field, leading teams and eventually launching and growing several of his own companies. Chris is known for his highly motivational training style that makes his delivery of training sessions lively, accessible and enjoyable. During his working career he has worked with the following blue chip companies: Barclays, Tesco, Unilever. Kimberly Clark, Proctor&Gamble, Royal Mail, British Airways and LloydsTSB.

DENISE ROBERTS

Denise has a wealth of experience managing publishing, marketing and editorial projects to director level and as a result has been responsible for recruiting and managing the professional development of staff members. Coupled with this, she has an interest in personal development, has a Certificate in Coaching and speaks at events on the subject of motivation and achievement. She runs a non-profit organisation that helps inspire women to go for their business dreams and teaches on the journalism programme at two leading London universities. She brings this eclectic mix of experience to coach and motivate graduates into finding the job of their dreams. Denise has worked with public, private and charity sector organisations such as the BBC, Magicalia, MS Society and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.

LYNNE HODGES

Lynn is an experienced trainer and leader with particular strengths in developing sales solutions and building dynamic teams. She has spent 20 years delivering training programmes in areas such as leadership skills, presentation skills, influencing and persuading and one to one coaching. Lynn’s visible passion and dedication toward helping people improve their skills has a motivating effect, making her a great trainer and valuable part of the team. Having run her own very successful company Lynn is also able to pass on valuable lessons in self-starting, problem-solving and confidence-building – all very valuable skills needed in the world of work. She has worked with companies such as Uniliver, BBC, Friends Provident, Santander, Royal Mail, Post Office and Lafarge.
